As part of my Building Information Modelling (BIM) university module, the project focused on the technical and structural design of a proposed five-storey office building.

The building followed a modern, minimalist style with a simple rectangular form and neutral colour palette. Part of the upper levels was elevated on columns to create an open ground floor with generous parking, while large windows were used to maximise natural light.

Inside, the ground floor featured shared amenities such as a reception, coffee shop, and lounge. The upper levels offered independent workspaces, supported by meeting rooms, canteens, and restrooms.

Although conceptual, the project was fully developed in Vectorworks, providing an opportunity to apply BIM within a realistic context.
