Located in Central London, this office had a solid base but faced common issues—underused rooms, noise disruptions, and limited work areas. The goal was to unlock its potential and make the space work smarter.

The layout was reconfigured to improve flow, activate unused corners, and add 15 more desks. A key change was turning an underused meeting room into a flexible space with flip-top tables, modular furniture, and movable partitions—easily used for solo work or team meetings. The small kitchen was proposed for an upgrade with better storage, appliances, and more dining space. To reduce noise, we added acoustic solutions—carpets, vinyl, ceiling and wall panels, and soft furnishings—creating a quieter, more stylish environment.

Finally, the company’s vibrant colour palette was used throughout the design to bring energy to the space and reinforce the brand identity.
