After visiting two potential office spaces, the client needed help choosing the one suited for their future needs. Interior design proposals and build cost estimates were requested before making a final decision.

The brief was to design a modern, flexible workspace for over 80 staff, with clearly defined zones—such as business lounges, open-plan areas, enclosed offices, and a canteen. The concept used a clean, minimalist style, with a palette of white, light grey, and vibrant orange to reflect the brand.

Flooring combined acoustic carpet and terrazzo, while walls featured white finishes and panelling. Existing ceiling grids were kept, with suspended lighting added to highlight key areas. Each zone offered varied work settings and smart tools to support collaboration.

This approach gave the client the clarity and confidence to make a cost-aware, future-ready decision.
