Commissioned through a competitive tender, the design transformed a 650 sqm Cat A space into a fully equipped, future-ready office for over 50 staff.

The brief called for a modern, flexible, and tech-enabled environment to support focused work, collaboration, and client interaction. Visitors are welcomed by a vibrant waiting area, coffee point, and meeting rooms. The open-plan workspace is organised with freestanding dividers and modular furniture, and includes hot desks, quiet zones, breakout spaces, and multi-purpose areas.

A neutral palette of whites and greys keeps the space bright and minimal, while company colours—blue, purple, and red—add energy through furniture, décor, and gradient glass. The result is a smart, inclusive, and adaptable workspace that supports growth and evolving ways of working.
