This project was developed as part of a BIM module, focusing on efficient construction and technical precision for a five-storey student accommodation building.

It features over 55 self-contained studios, each with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Shared amenities include a gym, cinema, lounges, study areas, and a large terrace—designed to support student wellbeing and social connection.

The building has a clean, modern design with a simple rectangular form, elevated sections, and well-placed windows for natural light. Neutral tones with bright green accents create a fresh, contemporary atmosphere inside and out.
